These terms govern your use of Sivv and the purchase and use of digital guides available through our website. By using Sivv or purchasing a guide, you agree to these terms.

Using Sivv

You may use Sivv for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not use Sivv in a way that could damage, disable, overload or impair the website, interfere with another person's use of the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or otherwise use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Information and content on Sivv

The articles, guides, ideas and other information available through Sivv are provided for general information and informational purposes.

We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but information may change over time and we cannot guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate or up to date.

Sivv content is not intended to constitute financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. You should use your own judgement and, where appropriate, obtain relevant professional advice before making decisions based on information available through Sivv.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights in Sivv, including its website, articles, guides, graphics, branding and other original content, belong to Intelast Ltd or our licensors.

You may view and use publicly available Sivv content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may link to pages or articles on Sivv, provided that you do so fairly and lawfully and do not suggest any association, endorsement or approval by Sivv where none exists.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit substantial parts of our content without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing Sivv guides

Sivv may offer digital guides for purchase individually or as part of a bundle.

The description and price of each guide or bundle will be shown before you place your order. Prices will be displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the relevant digital content on these terms. A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order and confirm your purchase.

Following purchase, the guide will be supplied electronically, for example by download, email or another electronic method described at the time of purchase.

Digital downloads and cancellation

Sivv guides are digital content and are normally made available to you shortly after purchase.

Before we provide digital content immediately, we may ask you to expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right will be lost once the download or supply of the digital content begins.

This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

Using purchased guides

When you purchase a Sivv guide, you are purchasing the right to use that guide for your own personal, non-commercial use. You do not acquire ownership of the intellectual property rights in the guide.

You may download and store reasonable copies of a purchased guide for your own use.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise, you may not share, resell, publish, distribute, reproduce for others or commercially exploit a purchased guide.

Unlimited guide updates

Some Sivv guides may be sold with "unlimited updates", "future updates included" or a similar benefit. Where this is stated in the product description at the time you purchase a guide, future updated editions of that guide will be made available to you at no additional charge.

Updates may be sent to the email address associated with your purchase or made available to you through another reasonable electronic method.

Unlimited updates apply to updated editions of the guide that you purchased. They do not include new or separate guides, products or services unless we expressly state otherwise.

Where you purchase a bundle, unlimited updates apply to updated editions of the guides included in that bundle at the time of purchase. New guides subsequently released by Sivv are not automatically included unless the product description expressly states otherwise.

"Unlimited updates" means that you will be entitled to updated editions that we publish for as long as we continue to publish and support the relevant guide. It does not mean that we are required to update a guide at any particular frequency or to continue publishing or supporting a guide indefinitely.

There is no recurring charge for updates included with a one-off guide or bundle purchase.

Problems with a guide

We want you to be satisfied with any guide you purchase from Sivv. If you experience a problem accessing or downloading a guide, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.

Digital content supplied to consumers is subject to statutory rights, including requirements relating to quality, fitness for purpose where applicable, and conformity with its description. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.

If you believe a guide is faulty, has been misdescribed or has otherwise not been supplied in accordance with your statutory rights, please contact us at info@sivv.io.

Availability of Sivv

We aim to keep Sivv available and operating reliably, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

We may occasionally suspend, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of the website, for example for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

Links to other websites

Sivv may contain links to websites, information or services provided by third parties. These links are provided for convenience and information.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link from Sivv does not necessarily mean that we endorse the relevant website, organisation, product or service.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you began using Sivv or entered into a contract with us, or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If you use Sivv or purchase a guide wholly or mainly for business purposes, we will not be responsible for loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of Sivv or its content, to the extent permitted by law.

Your privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This explains what information we collect, why we use it, who we may share it with and your data protection rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to Sivv, our products or applicable law.

Any updated terms will be published on this page. Changes will apply from the date the updated terms are published and will not retrospectively remove rights that you have already acquired in relation to a purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
